A new comedy at TheatreWorks is in previews June 5-7 and then opens June 8 at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, 500 Castro St. "Wild With Happy," by Colman Domingo, is about a struggling black actor who decides to mourn his late mother in a joyous new way. Tickets are $31-$51, and the show runs through June 30.

this seems to be rather strange. whatever happened to the standards and traditional musical performances? take a chance on seeing this. there are plenty of opportunities to see good theatrical performances
