Locke announces he's stepping down

Bob Locke has announced he will retire from his 21-year post as finance manager at the end of the month, leaving Mountain View a very different -- and more financially stable -- city.

The best of luck Bob! I know the City is a much better place now than it was before you took over and you are certainly leaving behind a pair of shoes that will be very difficult to fill.
