The Mayfield housing development wasn't killed by a "make or break" City Council study session Tuesday, billed as the last such session on the project after 29 meetings.

Why is the vote total and who voted for each side NOT part of this story?

Could it be that the pro-development MV Voice is trying to protect the council members who voted to shove 50% more people into one of MV's last unique neighborhoods?

We need more housing in Mountai View and that is the reality-whether we like it or not.
