How to live well in a toxic world

A few decades ago we didn't have all the autoimmune diseases and allergies that people are experiencing today. Just in the last 15 years many more people developed allergies to foods that once were not a problem, such as wheat.

This is a great article and so true about what the state of our food is these days and how it affects our health. There are simple, natural ways to improve health without drugs because drugs just mask the symptoms and they cause more problems. More awareness of real ways to acheive lasting health IS the answer. Thank you!
