Yet another lawsuit from Bullis Charter School?

Original post made by X on Apr 9, 2009

At a time of deep statewide cuts in K-12 education, depressed economy, Bullis Charter School seems to be gearing up for yet another lawsuit.

Why else would their board of directors call for an ad hoc meeting tomorrow (Good Friday, right before Spring Break) at 3:00PM with "Conference with legal councel- Anticipated Litigation" as the lone agenda item?

See Web Link

Maybe, this is Bullis Charter School's answer to the education budget crisis: .... stimulate the legal profession.
