Nob Hill Foods Shopping Center

Anyone know what is happening at the Nob Hill shopping center. There is a lot renovation going on and the old location looks like it is being gutted and remodeled. Just curious if anyone knows what is coming there.

According to the Development Project list on the City of Mountain View website it is a "Facade Enhancement and Sign Program" for Grant Park Plaza.
