Google in talks to buy Yelp, reports say

Google is reportedly in advanced talks to buy Yelp, the popular Web site for reviewing restaurants and other retail businesses.
[Web Link TechCrunch] reports that Google may buy Yelp for $500 million.
[Web Link Yelp] is reportedly growing significantly with site traffic predicted to increase 80 percent over last year and revenues set to nearly double from $30 million to $50 million next year.
