What's going on with the Shell station at Middlefield and Shoreline?
Around Town, posted by John the Man, a resident of the Old Mountain View neighborhood, on Jun 13, 2010 at 8:34 pm

The Shell station at Middlefield and Shoreline has been fenced off and the pumped covered in dark plastic.

Is this another case of Shell shuttering one of their own stations? Or is this just a renovation?

Or is this Al Qaeda at work? Because if it is, the terrorists have won. And we all know Shell hates America.

Obviously, they're re-working it into a BP station!

By the way, ARCO is owned by BP (see their logo in the bottom right of the sign) so I'd strongly encourage you NOT to use their services.

They're probably just upgrading pumps or something.

Really stacy? Why? Do you know the operator of that station and did he do something you did not like? Or are you one of those people who jump to conclusions. I wonder who you work for and if we as a community should deny you a livelihood.

Why don't you both shut up.
