I am a local Mountain biker and only have one jump in my back yard, so having this bike park would really be awsome compaired to what i have. It is also a place were bikers can go, have a good time, meet knew friends, and stay out of trouble but also having fun.

I live near and use the Stevens creek trail for rec. activities, and I find it to be very windy when headed East on the trail. It would be terrible if the location at Shoreline for the proposed bike park is territory of the WIND MONSTER's.

Finally the city is doing something for the kids. My sons has been involved in creek trails for half of his life trying to have fun and work on his skills. He's been hoping that there would be a place he could ride without being hassled. Hopefully this park will happen and inspire new riders to join in this close knit community that always welcomes new people and encourages them to be the best they can be. Who know we might have the next x-games champion on our hands!

This is not true. Pleasanton has a city-built and designed jump park that has been around for about 4 years.
