Coast Guard copter low over MV about 430p on 7-8?

A Coast Guard Dolphin rescue helicopter flew low over west/southwest Mountain View today (7/8) about 430p today. Very unusual. On the second pass, it looked like it was descending, like to land.

What it a air ambulance situation somewhere in the city? I heard fire engine/truck sirens just a few minutes earlier.

Vice president Joe Biden was arriving at Moffett Field at about that time, heading to Atherton ... It was probably his motorcade and security above in the helicopter

IT was trying to rescue HSR.
