Fabulous news!!!! For those of us who live in the neighborhood, we will welcome this upscale, healthy market...and this will give new life to a decaying shopping center. Welcome Fresh and Easy to Mountain View!

It's great to see something finally going into that empty space!!! Fresh & Easy is not scheduled to open until 2009 though... I hope the Starbucks next door is not one of the 100 underperforming stores that has been slated for closing in 2008. Maybe the owner of the complex can renovate the whole shopping center a la Grant Park Plaza with the new Nob Hill Foods.
