suspected child abuse at Landels?

I'm surprised nobody picked this up from the police log. What's going on? How can we find more?

My guess is the school staff had reason to suspect that a child was showing signs of abuse and are required to call the police. They have to notify authorities if they think a child is being abused at home. Doesn't mean the child was abused at Landels.
