Too bad! Palo Alto city council should be ashamed in the face for letting this happened. I love going to PAAS, but i have to agree that SVACA has a better facility not only animals but for the dog owners too.

Less more for the blood suckers in Palo Alto and I mean" City Council, Fire and Police". To be honest PAAS never had the support from the City or Police and I believed that if SVACA gives to Palo Alto a great deal we will see SVACA taking over Palo Alto very soon. Because Los Altos has always follow Mountain View around and will not take long to join SVACA too.

I agree with Pete that PAAS does not have the moral support from Police and City Council. It is like PAAS is not part of the city at all. Cause is very bad knowing that SVACA has the city and the Police supporting its decision. And our city and Police don not give a shit about its own partners.
