Mountain View company is behind the big cell phone spyware controversy

Is CarrierIQ bugging your cell phone? How much information is being recorded? How secure is it? Who can look at it? This story keeps getting worse and worse. AT&T, Spring, and T-Mobile admit to installing this software on customers' cell phones without warning or permission.
