Mayor Jac Siegel introduces Julia Topp, 6, a first-grader at Castro School, and her 4-year-old sister Darolyn. The girls assisted the mayor with lighting the tree at the annual Community Tree Lighting Celebration in downtown Mountain View on Monday night, Dec. 5.
