Good Samaritans beware: A traveling con man has returned to the Bay Area, and may be only too eager to help relieve you of your money and peace of mind, according to police.

So is he wanted by the law for parole violation? Or is this just a warning stating he is out and about "legally" watch your self?

I can see how people of all ages can fall for these cons. I answered a craigslist add on Sunday (knowing the deal was to good to be true for a used Honda) and got a email reply yesterday stating her husband just died last month in Afghanistan, she had a name rank and it all looked really official.
