Locals come to the rescue

The day before Halloween in 2007, Sunnyvale resident Fred Burgener got the fright of his life. As he pulled up to a stoplight on Fair Oaks Boulevard in Sunnyvale, a grisly spectacle came running toward him: a terrified young girl, her face covered in blood, he said.

With the jails being over crowded and the court judges demanding the release of quite a few inmates because of the over crowded jails, these convicts maybe out in a few years. What can we do?

1) Vote to reinstate the death penalty

2) Outsource our violent criminals to foreign countries. That can take care of them.
