Who is Matthew Pumar? How long has he lived here? Did he attend school here? Does he work here? Does his family live here? What was he doing on the street when most people his age are either at work or at school? For someone accused of murder, the media is being remarkably close lipped about his background.

Who's accused of murder? "Murder" requires an intent to kill. He certainly is guilty of reckless manslaughter though, so I hope Pumar gets what he deserves.
