Condos approved for El Camino Real

A large mixed-use development at 1984 El Camino Real got unanimous approval Tuesday night after a higher density version was rejected last year.

Glad to see the Pacific Inn go. While we're at it, how about getting rid of the Adult video/bookstore and fixing up the Rainbow West Motel too? El Camino still seems very seedy and neglected. I would not want to buy a condo along there.
