Missing Girl

Does anyone know anything about all the posters on post around the Rex Manor neighborhood? She is pictured with a baby. She is African American. Why hasn't this made any new reports like the missing female soliders and Laci Peterson? It ask to contact the Mtn. Viuew Police...is she in danger? Thank you.
