Parents and community members who don't attend meeting and the ones who did attend, give their input now well suffer delays. Just hope with the building boom that the costs won't go up. Yes I can understand knowing how others do spend their money, we aren't the others, we are stalling for another study.

IMO, hardly Garret. The SFIP from several years ago was 'the study'. After the Bond Measure was passed in June, things may have 'stalled'. But we (the new Board) are in the process of establishing the spending Priorities, which have not been done. If you understand what a CI (quality Improvement) cycle is like, that's what up. Debate on the process. Do benchmarking & input, then decide on the priorities and $s. at least IMO
