Other Issues, posted by Editor, Mountain View Voice Online, on Mar 18, 2013 at 2:55 pm

Santa Clara County's population has grown 3.1 percent since 2010 and more than half that growth can be attributed to people who migrated to the county internationally, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

No wonder the accident rates are up. Are all these internationals legally here or are they illegally here?

We all know that the count doesn't include the 10s of thousands of undocumented migrants and the people who are here in B1 and L1 visas which may be another 10,000, at least. [Portion removed. Please don't make sweeping generalizations about immigrants.]

Ah, the paternalistic Voice CENSOR strikes again! How the **** can we have a conversation in this forum, where we are treated like children?

I do not comprehend why a population that is as highly educated as the one that we have in Mountain View would put up with censorship in a forum such as this. The continued censorship, and the public's acceptance of it, is evidence that this population does not have what it takes to preserve the most important freedom that we have, the freedom to speak and the freedom to hear what others would speak.

The most appalling aspect is that the censoring is being done by a news publication.
