CultureFest returns to Castro

Lovely! Now which blocks of Castro will be blocked off to traffic? I'm all for festivals but it's really nice to know which streets will be accessible to traffic, whether trying to reach a shop or trying to navigate *around* the event!

Castro bet. California and Church..for the post part.
