Fresh & Easy coming to Middlefield and Rengstorff
Around Town, posted by John the Man, a resident of the Old Mountain View neighborhood, on Jun 1, 2010 at 10:32 am

This is interesting. A Fresh & Easy market is coming 'soon' to the shopping center complex at Rengstorff and Middlefield:

(Do a search using the 94040 zip code.)

As long as they sell booze, I'm there.

The big question is when are they going to actually move in. Not much has been going on at the new store site for the last year or so.

That sign has been up for a long time I think. Is there any activity - workers, ect. - going on inside the store? Getting it ready?

That's been on their website for at least a year, too bad there doesn't seem to be any movement on it.

I just read on this blog - www.freshneasybuzz.blogspot.com that they were supposed to open the Mtn View store @ Rengstorff and Middlefield in early 2009. It's been announced since 2008.
