John Inks in line for mayor

If all goes according to tradition, council member John Inks will be appointed mayor of Mountain View on Jan. 8, and Chris Clark will not only be sworn in as a council member, but also as vice mayor.

Back when I lived in Mountain View I remember when John Inks was first running for a council position and he was the only candidate that I know of that actually came door-to-door to meet his constituents. I really appreciated that and liked his platform, therefore I voted for him. It's good to see him continuing with his success.

Alexandra, I had the same experience when Mr. Inks visited the OMVN in 2008 and again in 2012.
