PLEASE HELP! 2013 Mountain View Drive-Through Businesses Survey

Hi all:

My name is Kayla Sauafea and I am a graduate student at Golden Gate University (GGU) in San Francisco. I need your help in completing an online survey (with 8 questions) as I am collecting data to gauge your opinions and beliefs on drive-through businesses in the City of Mountain View, particularly along El Camino Real, for my research study. Your responses will be used by me for the purpose of completing the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) program at GGU.

A great example of a government policy survey! The survey results are easily manipulated by the way the questions are asked, and what options are given for multiple choice answers.

The name of the degree progam pursued here is pretty frightening as well. How long before our city staff become our 'Executive Masters'?
