Man dies in cement-truck accident on Middlefield

A man died on Middlefield Road on Saturday morning after an accident that caused the cement truck he was driving to topple onto its side, Palo Alto police said.

Paragraph #3: "....he was identified by the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office as Leonard Lawrence Acosta, a 58-year-old San Jose resident".

I'm begining to wonder what local elementary school classroom is in charge of MV Voice Editing Department. Geesh!

I would be interested in a follow-up article with the cause of death. In general, news items that tell only part of the story (because that's all that is known at the time of writing) should be followed up.
