Puppy? Locked vehicle? It might have been saved rather than "taken"

Hoping someone may have taken the puppy out of the hot vehicle that its owner locked him in, in the middle of the day, so save its life.

When a parent leaves a child in a locked car, there are charges pressed. I believe there should be charges pressed for owners who leave an animal in a locked car.

Hopefully, the driver left the windows at least partly open when they locked the dog in the car.

Nobody "steals" a puppy from a locked car. I wonder what the true story is here?

I hope the puppy was taken by someone who will care for it responsibly and not leave it in a locked car in the middle of the afternoon.

Sounds like the dog was rescued. Good for the person who did it. Way too many dogs being left in hot cars. What is wrong with dog owners these days?!?! If a dog were to die in a hot car the owners would be crying the blues wondering what went wrong not thinking that it was their own stupidity and neglect. SMH....
