If we know people are going to hate it, why make plans to build it?
We need to stop planning how to create stupidity and ugliness in our city!
There's enough of it being created by accident already.

Why must they have so many units crammed in that they are relying on using a type of parking structure people detest? And "190 square feet of common open areas..." Um, that's the size of a small living room. And they think a discounted eco-pass will make up for the extreme inconvenience to anyone willing to live there? How about building what there is room for, including accessible parking.... and enough space that you can't stand at your window and spit into your neighbor's apartment? The planners sure seem to be on a campaign to pack people in like sardines.

I'd like to see good long term planning that would truly benefit our community - beyond just focusing on "more property tax revenue" from building as much high-density housing as we can (and high density retail), without adequate consideration of traffic, parking, schools, open space, and general quality of life.
