Viacom takes a blow in YouTube copyright case

In Viacom's suit against the Google-owned YouTube video sharing Web site, a U.S. district judge has ruled that YouTube was not acting illegally by displaying copyrighted content unknowingly, such as Viacom's The Daily Show on Comedy Central.
