It's rappel, not propel.

And the MVPD is a huge drain on the city budget to be putting on such events. They are among the highest paid around with ridiculous benefits and retirement packages.

@ Observer - Pedantic? This event was for charity so I'm sure many of the firefighters dedicated their time as they were off duty. So please get off your high horse...
