I used to think that preschool was for helping children gradually adjust to the demands of Kindergarten and beyond. I am slowly learning, however, that preschool also helps parents gradually adjust to the demands of helping their children with homework.

The work and fun with school projects will only get better and much more complicated! Last week our 10 year old grandaughter misplaced her flash drive while on vacation in Corrales, New Mexico. Frantic phone calls and much searching finally resulted in finding the precious flash drive- which contained weeks of work on a report about Spanish Conquistadores. Cookies and play dough sound like a lot more fun than flash drives! Enjoy the present moments....
