I was in Oakland yesterday for the ABAG (Association of Bay Area Governments) meeting. They were there to vote on a very controversial plan that combines housing, transportation, and land use authority under one UNELECTED political body.

Jim, well written as usual! But add one more motive to Power and Control: Money, in the form of federal funds doled out to the obedient.
Has anyone questioned their population projections? Is this grand social engineering experiment an even bigger hoax still?
