How will the Supreme Court handle Proposition 8?

"I believe that the Supreme Court will repeal Prop. 8."

"I believe that the U.S. Supreme Court isn't going to do any action because they believe that it still remains the individual laws regarding to the state and the state has a right to suspend or create laws."

"My guess is that they will allow same-sex marriage. They will uphold it and they will say that California's overturning of it was inappropriate and unconstitutional. I think that's what they'll say. I hope that's what they'll say. I bet that's what they say."
