Break with tradition a bit ... In addition to the dry talk about what's going on today, look into the past. Some interesting early (realy early - vacuum tube times) people who set many stages for where we are today. Then there are those companies too - does anyone know anything about the original Sunnyvale Radio Companiy of the 20's - 30's? Lee DeForest in Palo Alto. Who was that first guy in SJ who played his phonogrqaph over a low powerer transmitter in his home - or was it his store? Everyone is fascinated with extrodinary people. It adds color. It's all part of silicon valley. Good luck and I'll be checking it out.

My husband is a trustee of the Computer History Museum (http://www.computerhistory.org). I'll have to go rustling through their archives as they have lots of old videos and computer books.
