Obituary

Joseph John Bulash Sr., 87, died in Mountain View Dec. 30. A Johnstown, Pa. native and World War II Army veteran, Bulash moved to Mountain View in 1950. He owned Bulash Ceilings and was a partner and owner of the Penguin Cafe in San Francisco.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Mary. He is survived by sister Frances "Toots;" son John; daughter Mary Jo; son Joey; grandchildren Larry, Matt Lance, and Peter; and three great grandchildren.

A vigil was held Jan. 4 at Cusimano Family Colonial Mortuary, followed by a funeral mass on Jan. 5 at St. Joseph's Church. Bulash was interred at Gate of Heaven.
