Battery -- Stevens Creek and Moffett Blvd, 2/14
A homeless man with a black eye, a bruised eye, a one-inch cut on his nose, blood coming from his right ear and a bruised forehead reported to police that he had been beaten up by a "friend." The victim identified a suspect from a mug shot. The suspect was located in the area of Stevens Creek and Moffett Boulevard and arrested for battery.
Domestic Violence -- 1300 block Villa St., 2/15
A woman and her ex-boyfriend had an argument that turned violent the night of Valentine's Day. The man reported that his ex-girlfriend had kicked him in the face, injuring his nose and causing bleeding and swelling. The woman was arrested for battery of a former cohabitant, which is considered domestic violence.
Battery -- 600 block Tyrella Ave., 2/15
At approximately 8:17 p.m., a woman called police after being violently pushed by her son's friend. The victim had been talking with one of her sons in her home while another son and his friend were drinking in a bedroom. The suspect came out and argued with the victim, and then pushed her. Police arrived and arrested the suspect for battery.
