2/21 -- Brandishing A Weapon, 2540 W. El Camino Real

A woman walked into a Fresh Choice restaurant on Saturday with her own cutlery -- a folding pocket knife -- which she suddenly pulled out and used to threaten the restaurant's host for no identifiable reason. Police arrived and arrested the woman without incident or injuries.
2/19 -- Driving Under the Influence, Evelyn Avenue exit on Highway 85

At around 2:09 a.m., a man tried to exit Highway 85 at Evelyn Avenue too quickly, causing his car to skid sideways over the curb and take out a tree before coming to rest on the train tracks. The man tried to drive off the tracks but became stuck in the gravel.

Police responded and administered a sobriety test, which the driver failed. He was arrested for driving under the influence.
2/19 -- Possession of Stolen Property, 400 block Moffett Blvd.

A Mountain View woman who had her Honda Civic stolen in San Francisco on Feb. 18 received a phone call from a man who claimed to have found her car. He told her to meet him at a gas station on Moffett Boulevard to pick it up.

Instead, the woman called police, who sent officers to the meeting place. The police determined that the man was an involved in the theft and arrested him for possession of stolen property and a parole violation.
