Toll Brothers, the luxury housing developer poised to buy HP's former Mayfield campus, met with the Mountain View City Council Tuesday night to talk about plans for the 27-acre site. A Toll Brothers' official said he envisioned the Mayfield site developing into a transit-oriented residential center with some retail shops, but said no hard fast plans have been set. Monta Loma residents who attended the council study session emphasized their desire to be included in the planning process.
