Obituaries

Mountain View resident Joseph Robley, 83, died in San Jose June 10. Robley, a native of Kauai, Hawaii, had worked as a heavy equipment operator for the City of Mountain View. He was preceded in death by his wife Maria. Robley is survived by son Joseph and daughters Rosemarie and Ruby Ann.

Vigil services were held June 16 at the Mountain View Chapel of Spangler Mortuaries, 799 Castro St. The funeral was scheduled for June 17 at St. Athanasius Catholic Church. Interment will be at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Los Altos.

Mario Ferrando

Mario Ferrando, 95, died June 14 at the Mountain View Health Care Center. A native of San Francisco, Ferrando worked as a fuel handler at Moffett Field. He was the widower of the late Lydia Ferrando. Visitation will begin 11 a.m. June 18 at the Los Altos Chapel of Spangler Mortuaries, and funeral services are scheduled for noon at the same location.
