Domestic Violence -- 600 block N. Whisman Road, 8/23

At 3:06 a.m., police received calls from both occupants of a residence reporting an incident of domestic violence. When officers arrived at the residence, they found a male resident with scratches on his back and arms.

The attack had followed a heated argument between him and his girlfriend, who had lived together for one and a half years. The female suspect was arrested and booked in the main jail in San Jose.

Robbery -- 703 E. El Camino Real, 8/21

An unidentified man entered a Baskin Robbins at 1:49 p.m. and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect then grabbed the clerk, removed money from the cash drawer and fled to a waiting vehicle. The suspect has not yet been identified or located.
