Murder hearings rescheduled

Two murder cases, both against San Jose men charged with killing Mountain View residents, have been delayed until early December.

A judge will decide Dec. 10 whether three men charged with last year's murder of Doris Condon will stand trial together or separately.

A plea hearing in the trial of David Espino, charged with second-degree murder for running down bicyclist Jim Dein on Highway 9, was rescheduled for Dec. 15.
