Suspicious circumstances/person -- Crittenden School, 2/28

Two girls, 13 and 14, were playing on the basketball court when a man approached them. He sprayed the girls with an unknown substance in the back of their heads and in their faces. The girls ran to a teacher, and the suspect ran away.

The suspect iss a Hispanic male between 13 and 16 years old, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a purple bandana over his face with eyeholes cut out.

Terrorist threat -- San Antonio Road and El Camino Real, 2/28

Two male co-workers were in a job-related argument when one threatened to do great bodily harm to the other and spat on him.

The victim, a 21-year-old man, said he feared for his life and believed the threats to be credible. The suspect, 19-year-old Michael Pessan of Woodside, was arrested for battery and making terrorist threats.

Strong-arm robbery -- Stevens Creek Trail, 2/3

Two suspects were arrested in the robbery of a bicyclist on the Stevens Creek Trail. The victim was riding near the Evelyn Avenue crossing at 9 p.m. on Feb. 3 when he came across two males whom he was familiar with. One suspect knocked him off his bike and the other took his wallet.

One suspect, a 17-year-old Mountain View resident, was cited and released to his parents. The other, Edwin Wright, a 22-year-old Sunnyvale resident, was booked for robbery and conspiracy.
