Assault with deadly weapon, 1900 block San Ramon, 4/21

A man backed into his neighbor's apartment and caused minor damage to the building. The neighbor then came out to talk with the suspect and became upset. He was holding a small sledge hammer and raised it in a threatening manner, almost striking the man. The victim then fled and the suspect returned to his apartment. Police arrested 49-year-old Steve McFarland at his apartment for assault with a deadly weapon and possession of firearms by a felon.
False identification, Shoreline Amphitheatre, 4/24

During a concert, an 18-year-old girl tried to use a driver's license with a picture that did not match to obtain a wristband to purchase alcohol. When questioned, she could not provide a matching name or birthday and then ran away. When questioned again by police, she provided false information. She was arrested for misuse of lost property and for giving a false ID to an officer.
