Police Log

Police arrested two men they say were involved in a gang-related attack on April 16. Jorge Oseida, 18, and Oscar Mayorga, 19, were arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. The two victims in the attack were walking on Pioneer Way when they were approached by a car. A fight broke out and the two victims were stabbed.

Battery, 200 block Castro St., 4/30

Two men were walking through a breezeway from Castro Street to the parking lot when four men who were yelling approached them. A fight broke out, but no one was injured. Police arrested the suspects, four men between the ages of 22 and 26, after they had fled the scene. Police said the suspects were intoxicated at the time.
