Arrest Made, 5/24

Mountain View police arrested a man last week for allegedly exposing himself to a 3-year-old girl on April 6. An employee recognized Charles Miller, 30, returning to the library, and called police. Miller, a Mountain View resident, was arrested at Eagle Park on charges of lewd and lascivious acts against a child.

Armed Robbery, 910 El Monte Ave., 5/31

Two men carrying guns forced their way into Office Depot at 3 a.m. Tuesday. The robbers tied up two of the janitors on duty and instructed the third to open the store's safe. The robbers left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. Both were described as masked Hispanic men wearing black pants and shirts and carrying hand guns. No one was injured in the incident.
