Robbery at Radio Shack, 530 Showers Drive, 7/23

Two men entered a Radio Shack, picked up a stereo system and a television set, and tried to leave the store. An employee spotted the pair and was able to grab the TV-toting thief by the arm. As he dropped the television set, a third man entered the store and verbally threatened the store employee, causing the employee to release the suspect's arm. All three suspects then fled in a white Ford F-150.

Arrest at Hotel Lodge, 64 W. El Camino Real, 7/21

At 8:30 a.m., police entered a room of the hotel to conduct a probation search. While there they determined that one of the room's occupants had a warrant out for his arrest. After he was arrested, police found a stolen bicycle in his room. The man was booked for a felony warrant for narcotics as well as possession of stolen property.
