City library holds 'garage sale'
The friends of the Mountain View Library have announced a special "Clean Out the Garage" book sale to be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday, July 30.
The sale will take place in the Bookmobile garage in the rear of the library. Since the sale offers both hardcover and paperback books, there will be a wide variety of titles, authors and subjects available, organizers say.
Proceeds from the sale will go to library projects not covered in the annual budget.
