Tresspassing and vandalism at 300 block Higdon, 9/6

At about 1 p.m., three juveniles broke in through a rear window of a vacant apartment. Coincidentally, the manager and an employee were conducting an inspection of the apartment building that same day. When the management staff entered the apartment, the crooks fled through the same window. The staff chased them down, but one was able to escape. The two others were caught and arrested for vandalism and trespassing.

Strong arm robbery at Marshalls on Grant Road, 9/7

Officers at Marshalls saw two women taking clothing from the racks and putting it into a purse around 8 p.m. When the women left the store, the officers approached them at their vehicle. One of the women pushed the officer away, and threw the purse full of Marshalls goods to the other woman as they both hopped into their blue Toyota Corolla and sped off.
