Brandishing a weapon, 2534 Old Middlefield Way, 10/17

A man got into a shouting match with a woman he did not know over her efforts to park her car in front of Fred's Place. At one point during the argument, he approached the car, pulled out what looked like box-cutters and demanded she open the driver's side window. When she stayed in the car and kept her window rolled up, he walked behind her car and scratched her trunk with the box-cutters. The suspect fled on a bicycle towards Wyandotte Street. He is described as a white male adult in his 40s, 5'8" with a thin build.

Concealed weapon, Park and Mountain View Avenues, 10/17

A police officer pulled a man over Monday night for riding his bicycle without a headlight. The man became antagonistic, swearing at the officer and challenging him to a fight. In response, police took the man into custody and searched him for weapons, finding a 3-inch dagger hidden in his waistband.
